Brandon Plavka, CEO & Founder

 

Brandon is a healthcare business development and operations senior leader with nearly 15 years experience in wellness, workers compensation, and home health care.  Prior to developing the concept for Hydra BPM, he lead full P&L responsibilities of a $30M+ division in a home health company.  Leadership roles at startup companies and multiple industry leaders provided the foundation for developing into a well-rounded leader.  For the last five years, he ingrained himself in the startup segment in pursuit of launching his own company.

 

 

 

Sriram Vishwanath, CTO

 

Sriram is a Professor and Raytheon Faculty Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas, Austin. He has over 250 refereed research papers and has graduated over 25 PhD students during his 14 year career as a professor. His expertise is in Probabilistic Models, Information Theory and Coding.

Sriram has been involved in numerous startups during his career, including M87 Inc. (funded by Qualcomm Ventures and Madrona), Lynx Labs Inc. (sold to Occipital Inc.), Tastebud Inc. (funded by Silverton VP), Accordion Health Inc. (sold to Evolent Health), GenXComm Inc. (funded by Intel Capital) and Symmetry Systems Inc.
